Some of the issues PA addresses include the fiscal policies, insecurity, infra structural development, and provision of better health systems. Clemons McBeth (2009) claim that among the issues the PA should address are insecurity, fiscal policies, and infrastructure, so as to ensure its civilians are protected from terroristà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s activities.The government has to rely on its staff for idealization. The civil service plays a major role in the country`s decision-making process. The staff is expected to formulate development agenda that would ensure the welfare of its civilians is enhanced. Some of the development policies may be increasing public finances, privatization of state-owned corporations, encouraging domestic markets for local produce and financing energy firms.
